Every Active Celebrations pop-up is structured to keep the energy high and the excitement moving! A typical session kicks off with dynamic warm-up games to get everyone loose, followed by a lineup of engaging, high-energy PE activities tailored specifically to the age group. We wrap up the experience with epic closing competitions that bring out everyone's favorite kind of friendly rivalry. To ensure everyone stays safe and performing at their best, we also build in regular water breaks throughout the session to keep the whole crew hydrated. We perfectly balance organized structure with pure, active play!

Guests should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, athletic shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and any necessary medications. We’ll provide any sport-specific equipment unless otherwise noted.

Our staff is certified in CPR and first aid. We also follow safety protocols for heat, hydration, and equipment use.

The safety of your guests is our top priority! We will be in direct contact with you leading up to and throughout the day of your event to discuss the forecast. If bad weather makes outdoor play unsafe, we have a few options: we can adapt our games to fit an indoor space at your location, reschedule your party for a future date, or issue a full refund if neither alternative is possible.

Online Link: We can send a secure payment link directly to your email for you to pay online before the event.
Card at the Event: We can tap or swipe your credit/debit card securely right at the party.
Cash: Cash payments are also gladly accepted on the day of the event.
